Excellent builders. Highly recommended. Paul and Ross built a very modern new-build house for us in 2020. There were various challenges (including Covid!) that could have derailed the project but they handled them all professionally and found a way through without any delays or increases to the budget.

The house was built to a very high standard with excellent attention to detail. They managed the entire build from start to finish including all the trades (demolition of existing house, plumbing, electrics, decorator, kitchen and bathroom installations, etc.). A lot of people who visited during the build commented that the site was very clean and tidy and most of my neighbours commented that they were always very polite and considerate. 5 years later, we’re still delighted with the house and have had no major issues.

We recently hired xpansionbuildingltd to do a rear extension plus internal work to our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had previously used them for work on our first house which they did a great job, so we didnt hesitate to ask them to complete the work on our new home.

In 2024, Xpansion carried out an extension and renovation, a project that lasted around four months. The work was completed to an excellent standard, exactly to the agreed specifications, and with real care throughout.
